What the prompt produced

One ask, three systems, a draft you approve

This is the shape of prompt that saves an afternoon: Claude gathers from several places, builds the document, writes the covering note — and stops, so you get the last word.

The prompt
“Every Friday, compile a sales-and-AR scorecard as a PDF and draft an email to leadership with a 3-bullet summary.”
⚠️This is a static example. Every figure on it is real Melinda Maria data, pulled from our own connectors on 1 September 2026 — but this page is a snapshot and will not change. The real thing re-pulls its numbers every time you open it.

ShopMy

Step 3 — it drafted the email and stopped
to: leadership · subject: Week ending 29 August — sales & AR
DRAFT — not sent. Review, edit, then send.

Scorecard attached. Three things worth knowing:

  • August was our strongest month post-migration — $4,532,936 across 26,449 orders, up +24% on July.
  • Wholesale billing grew but collections did not keep pace — $320,510 billed, $248,085 collected, open balance now $75,727 against July's $50,323.
  • Creator marketing continues to pay for itself many times over — 10× return, and more than a third of those orders came from customers new to us.

Happy to go deeper on the AR drift if useful.

It never sends on its own. Anything that leaves the building — an email, a Slack post, a reply to a customer — is drafted and shown to you first. That is not a setting you have to remember to turn on; it is how it works.
