Claude can only see the systems you've switched on. Everything below is already set up for the team — you just flip each one on and sign in. Start with the essentials, then work down as far as you need. You only ever do this once.

Open your connectors

In Claude (desktop or web), go to Settings → Connectors. Two ways to get to Settings: click your name or profile icon in the bottom-left corner, or click Customize in the left sidebar. Everything below is already there waiting — nothing to add, no URLs to paste.

Click Connect, sign in

Find a connector, click Connect, and sign in with the account shown on its row — most are just your Melinda Maria Google work account.

Every other connector available to you — creative tools, developer tools, and things that run right on your Mac. Connect the ones you use; skip the ones you don't.

🔑 Which login? Green rows use your Melinda Maria Google work account (the same one as Gmail). Pink rows use your own personal login for that tool — the username and password you already use for Shopify, Klaviyo, Zoom and so on. Plum rows run locally on your Mac with no sign-in at all. Amber rows use a shared MM account — look it up in 1Password, or ask David Glasgal. You never type an API key into Claude.

🔄 Why you might reconnect later: when we upgrade a connector with new abilities (like LoudCrowd's commission tools in August), Claude needs one quick Disconnect → Connect to notice the new tools. We'll always tell you in #mm-claude when that's needed — otherwise, once you're connected you stay connected.
