Client Context System

Sets up a dedicated workspace for each client or key partner so their preferences, history, decisions and templates never get lost or mixed up — perfect for the wholesale and partnerships side where every retailer is different.

Cowork & Chat
How to use it
It asks a handful of questions (or pulls from Gmail/CRM), then builds a per-partner Project with a client brief, a communication-preferences file, deliverable templates, running notes, an append-only decision log, and optional automatic status reports on a schedule. Once it exists, do that partner’s work inside their Project and Claude applies their context automatically. Reports are drafted for your review before any client-facing send.
How to invoke / keep it on
Say “set up a client workspace for …” and answer the setup questions. Then open that Project whenever you work on the account so the context and preferences kick in.
