LIVE & CONSOLIDATED. Fulfillment moved from ShipBob to ShipHero — cutover July 21, 2026 (ShipBob's last orders shipped July 17). One connector now answers every order in company history: live ShipHero, its growing archive, and ShipBob's frozen history bound right in. Verified live Jul 22, 2026.
ShipHero (2026) — Team Guide
READ-ONLY · write-gated by us
ShipHero is our warehouse & fulfillment system (3PL) — it knows every order, shipment, product, and stock level. This connector lets you ask about all of it in plain English, and it also holds ShipBob's complete history so you can ask about any order we've ever shipped, in one place. It can read everything and change nothing.

ShipHero is the system that runs our warehouse: it records every order that comes in, picks and packs it, ships it, and tracks stock on the shelf. The ShipHero (2026) connector — internally shiphero26 — is a small, secure service on Melinda Maria's own Cloudflare account that lets Claude ask ShipHero questions for you and read the answer back in plain English.
It does three things at once, which is what makes it the single source of truth for fulfillment:
① Live reads
Asks the real ShipHero system, right now, for anything current — today's orders, what's on the shelf, a shipment's status.
② Its own archive
Keeps a permanent private copy (a database on our Cloudflare) of ShipHero's history, refreshed on a schedule — so history is instant and never depends on ShipHero staying up.
③ ShipBob history, folded in
ShipBob's complete frozen history is bound right into this connector as a read-only second database — so one connector answers every order we've ever shipped.
Read-only, twice over. The connector ships zero write code (a built-in test fails if any write command ever appears), and it reports read_only: true. It can look at everything and change nothing — no order, no stock count, no address can be altered through Claude.
Connect it in about a minute
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → find it → click Connect → sign in. It’s already added for the team, so this is a one-time, ~1-minute step (see “Which login” below).
If it's already in your list
Open Claude → Settings → Connectors. Find ShipHero (2026) / shiphero26 and click + / Connect. Sign in with your Melinda Maria Google work account (@melindamaria.com or @7ate9.com). Done — no URLs, no passwords to paste.
If you need to add it
Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste https://shiphero26-mcp.melindamaria.ai/mcp → Add, then click Connect and do the Google sign-in.
One-time step to unlock ShipBob history: after connecting, toggle shiphero26 off then on once (Settings → Connectors) so Claude re-reads the full tool list and the 9 ShipBob & cross-era tools appear. You only do this once.
🔑 Which login? Always your Melinda Maria Google work account — the same one you use for Gmail/Drive. There is no separate “ShipHero password” to enter; the connector holds its own ShipHero credentials securely on the server.
What changed — the ShipBob → ShipHero migration
Melinda Maria moved fulfillment from ShipBob to ShipHero. The switchover (“cutover”) happened July 21, 2026; ShipBob's last orders shipped July 17, 2026. Rather than run two separate connectors forever, we folded ShipBob's history into the new ShipHero connector, so nothing was lost and there's only one place to ask.
Coverage guarantee (verified with data). Shopify = every DTC order ever · ShipBob archive = fulfillment Oct 15 '25 → Jul 17 '26 · ShipHero = May 31 '26 → forever. The seams overlap (late-May to mid-July exists in both archives), so there are no gaps anywhere in the timeline.
Two older connectors are retired. The standalone ShipBob connector (52 tools) and an earlier live-only ShipHero connector (31 tools, no archive, from June) are both superseded by this one. If you still see either in your connector list, you can ignore it — everything now lives in shiphero26.
The ShipBob era — 225,385 orders, kept & searchable
When a company changes warehouse systems, the old data usually gets stranded. That didn't happen here. ShipBob's entire history was captured into our own database before ShipBob's access shut off, then bound directly into this connector as a read-only second source. You ask about it exactly the same way — Claude knows which era an order belongs to.

3,673 products — with dimensions, kit/bundle components, per-warehouse stock, Shopify tags, images, and linked vendors.
About returns: the ShipHero returns object currently shows 0 — that's expected. Exchanges come through as EXC- orders (809 captured), and formal RMAs/returns are handled in Loop (a separate system). The ShipBob era's 12,434 returns remain fully searchable in the archive.
How to ask — just say “use ShipHero…”
You don't need tool names. Mention ShipHero (or say “the warehouse”) and ask in normal words — Claude picks the right tool. To search the full history including the ShipBob era, say “across our whole order history” or “both ShipBob and ShipHero.”
Tip: add a date range, a SKU, or an order number to narrow things. Big historical questions can take a few seconds because the connector paces itself against ShipHero's credit limit (see below) — that's normal.

🔗 20 multi-connector power workflows — the whole stack working together
These chain ShipHero with our other connectors and Claude’s analysis skills into real cross-company workflows. They’re ambitious on purpose — start with one, then let Claude break it into steps. Anything that sends, schedules, or spends is always confirmed with you first.
“For our next collection launch, confirm every SKU is launch-ready: approved imagery in Canto, inventory staged in ShipHero, a live product page + price in Shopify, and a Klaviyo flow built — then give me a go/no-go checklist and Slack the gaps to each owner.”
“Build a 60-day demand forecast by SKU: blend 90-day DTC sell-through (Shopify) and wholesale velocity (NuOrder) with on-hand + open POs (ShipHero), rank a reorder plan, save it to a Google Sheet, and post the top-20 urgent buys to #ops.”
“Find the products our ShopMy and LoudCrowd creators are driving hardest this month, cross-check on-hand and reserve in ShipHero, and flag any creator-favorite under 10 days of cover so we never run out mid-campaign — email me the list and open Asana reorder tasks.”
“Rank our top 50 products by TRUE margin — ShipHero units shipped × Shopify price, minus ApparelMagic product cost and ShipHero fulfillment cost — and surface the ‘hidden losers’ that sell well but barely profit.”
“Pull the most-returned SKUs across BOTH eras (ShipBob archive + ShipHero), cross-reference Gorgias ticket themes and Shopify reviews, and tell me which products have a real quality problem versus a sizing/expectation gap — draft a product-team summary.”
“Cross-check Meta Ads spend by product against ShipHero on-hand: flag any SKU we’re actively advertising with under two weeks of stock, and any we’re overstocked on but not promoting — then recommend budget shifts and draft the changes.”
“Reconcile wholesale end-to-end: match NuOrder orders against ShipHero shipments and ApparelMagic invoices, flag anything shipped-but-not-invoiced or invoiced-but-not-shipped, and total the at-risk dollars for finance.”
“Every morning at 7am, compile a one-page fulfillment brief — shipped vs pending (ShipHero), DTC revenue (Shopify), wholesale backlog (NuOrder), open tickets (Gorgias), site conversion (Edgemesh) — email leadership and post highlights to #leadership.”
“When a customer emails about an order, look it up in ShipHero (either era), check live tracking, pull their Shopify history, and draft an on-brand Gorgias reply with the real status — escalate to #support only if it’s lost or late.”
“Compare last year’s ShipBob holiday peak (Oct–Dec) against this year’s ShipHero run-rate, factor in Shopify traffic growth from Edgemesh, and project the units/day the warehouse must handle in Q4 — then build a staffing + stock plan.”
“Cross-reference best-sellers in ShipHero against the Canto library, flag top products missing approved imagery, build a prioritized shoot list in Asana, and mock up on-brand concept tiles in Canva for the ones we need fastest.”
“Every night, scan ShipHero inventory-change events for anomalies — sudden shrink, negative on-hand, stuck reserves — correlate against orders and returns, and alert #ops with the affected SKUs and the most likely cause.”
“For each ShopMy ambassador, compute revenue driven (ShopMy) minus product + fulfillment cost (ShipHero + ApparelMagic), rank by true ROI, tell me which creators to reinvest in, and draft the outreach emails.”

“Every Friday, total ShipHero + Loop returns and refunds, reconcile against Shopify refunds and QuickBooks, and produce a returns P&L-impact summary for accounting.”
#51 · ShipHero + Shopify + QuickBooks + internal-comms · scheduled finance close (QuickBooks needs first sign-in)
“When we sign a wholesale retailer in NuOrder, assemble their onboarding packet — line sheet from ApparelMagic, product imagery from Canto, live availability from ShipHero, and a branded welcome email — save it to Box and notify the sales lead.”
“Scrape competitor best-seller pages with Firecrawl, compare against our ShipHero sell-through and Shopify search trends, and tell me which jewelry categories we’re under-indexed on — with a stock + marketing recommendation.”
“Every Monday, compile the whole business into one narrated brief — DTC + wholesale sales (Shopify/NuOrder), fulfillment health (ShipHero, both eras), creator revenue (ShopMy/LoudCrowd), support load (Gorgias), ad ROAS (Meta Ads), site conversion (Edgemesh), cash position (ApparelMagic) — email leadership, post to #leadership, and generate an ElevenLabs audio version for the commute.”

Limitations, caveats & risk (please read)
It only reads — never writes
Nothing you ask can change the warehouse: no editing orders, stock, or addresses. Zero write code (test-enforced) and read_only: true. Warehouse changes still happen in ShipHero itself, by the ops team.
ShipHero's credit limit
ShipHero meters its API with a 4,004-credit pool that refills ~60/sec. A page of orders costs ~651 credits, so very large live pulls are paced at roughly ~135 orders/minute. Big historical questions read from our instant archive instead. If a huge live query pauses briefly, that's the connector waiting for credits — it self-heals.
Archive freshness
The archive refreshes on a schedule (incremental every ~15 min; some slow-changing objects every 6 h). For “right this second” accuracy on a single order, ask for a live read. Day-to-day totals are current within minutes.
Returns live in Loop
Formal returns/RMAs are managed in Loop, so the ShipHero returns count shows 0. Exchanges appear as EXC- orders. ShipBob-era returns (12,434) remain fully searchable in the archive.
Cross-era tools need one reconnect
The 9 ShipBob & cross-era tools appear only after you toggle the connector off/on once so Claude re-reads its tools. Until then you'll have the 25 ShipHero tools.
One warehouse today
We operate a single “Primary” warehouse in ShipHero, so per-location questions all resolve there. If we add locations later, the connector already supports multi-warehouse reads.
Worst realistic case: a signed-in MM teammate sees fulfillment data they didn't strictly need (a customer address, an order cost). Not possible: an outsider getting in (Google-gated), or the warehouse being changed (read-only by design).
Get help, request a feature, or report something odd
Something looks off?
If a number seems wrong, a prompt errors, or the connector says it can't reach ShipHero — tell David. Include what you asked and what came back (a screenshot helps). If reads stop entirely, the ShipHero token may have lapsed — a quick server-side re-issue fixes it and nothing changes for you.
Want a new report or capability?
Need a recurring fulfillment report, a new helper tool, or a long-range analytics view across both eras? Send the idea to David. This connector is built to grow.
Two handy built-ins you can always run: shiphero26_health (is it working? reports ok, read-only, whether ShipHero is reachable, and archive status) and shiphero26_sync_status (archive backfill progress per object). If health ever comes back not-ok, that's the thing to send David.
What is a live artifact and how to share it
Short version: a live artifact is a page Claude builds once and then refreshes every single time you open it — so a dashboard you ask for today is still accurate next month. Here is what one is, and the three ways to get it in front of your team.
📊 NEW — build live artifacts, dashboards & spreadsheets with this connector
A live artifact is a small interactive page Claude builds and saves for you — a dashboard, tracker, or report that pulls fresh data from this connector every time you open it, instead of being a frozen snapshot. In a Cowork session, just ask: “create a live artifact that…” — it lands in your Artifacts list, reusable forever, and its charts and tables refresh themselves on open.
Sharing with the team: artifacts are saved to your Claude account. Three easy ways to share: (1) ask Claude to export a snapshot (PDF, image, or .xlsx) and drop it in Slack; (2) send a teammate the prompt that built it — their copy fills with live data through their own connector sign-in; (3) for a permanent all-team dashboard, that’s the MM Intelligence project on the AI roadmap.
How it works — architecture
Read-only · hybrid live + archive · Cloudflare Worker at shiphero26-mcp.melindamaria.ai/mcp · Google sign-in gated · two databases (ShipHero + ShipBob) bound in · 34 read-only tools.
Self-hosted on Melinda Maria's own Cloudflare account (the same account and Google sign-in pattern as our ApparelMagic and NuOrder connectors). The ShipHero access token lives only as an encrypted Cloudflare secret and the connector refreshes it itself. This is the same proven “live + private archive” design as the ShipBob connector it replaces — a twin, now serving both.
