How far along Melinda Maria is in fully integrating Claude — connectors built, skills installed, design & training rolled out, and our team enrolled. Live snapshot, updated as we go.
Our data backbone is nearly done — connectors are live and the hub is built. The next push: getting the full e-commerce intelligence dashboard built, the design review approved, the training course built, and the whole team enrolled and active. This dashboard tracks every piece.
Our own connectors to MM's systems are built and live — ~90% done. All 12 current connectors (including GAM7 and Loop Returns) are live; we hold this at 90% because there's always more to connect — known systems still to add, and others we haven't mapped yet.
The repeatable “skill” playbooks the team will use are about halfway installed and configured across our workspace.
The brand training documents that teach Claude our look & voice are drafted, but still need to be reviewed, edited & approved by the Design team before they're locked in.
The internal course that gets every employee confident with Claude still needs to be designed and rolled out — we're at the starting line here.
0 of 20 projected users are enrolled with Claude access. The remaining 5 come online as training rolls out.
Claude can reach 49 connectors across the company — 12 custom-built for our systems + 37 off-the-shelf. The data backbone is essentially complete.
