NuORDER is our wholesale (B2B) order platform — where retailers and stockists browse our line sheets and place orders. The NuORDER connector lets Claude read all of it for you: who's ordering, what they're buying, what's in stock, and how it's trending. Instead of logging into NuORDER and pulling a report, you just ask.

It keeps a permanent copy of our full wholesale history (since Jan 2024 — about 6,061 orders and 77,000+ line items), so it answers instantly and can do real analysis, not just one lookup at a time.
Pairs with ShopMy: NuORDER is our wholesale picture; ShopMy is our ambassador/DTC picture. Ask Claude to combine them when you want the full revenue story across both channels.
Connect it in about a minute
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → find it → click Connect → sign in. It’s already added for the team, so this is a one-time, ~1-minute step (see “Which login” below).
The NuORDER connector is already set up in Claude for the team — you just switch it on and sign in. Takes about 30 seconds.

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors (or click the + in the message box → Connectors). Find NuORDER in the list — it's already there.

When prompted, sign in with your Google work account (your @melindamaria.com email — the same one you use for Gmail & Drive). A personal Gmail won't work.

Approve the connection. It shows Connected — then type "Using NuORDER, run nuorder_health" — you should see ok: true.
🔑 Which login? You only ever sign in with your Melinda Maria Google work account. You never enter any NuORDER password or key — those are stored securely on our side.
Don't see it in your Connectors list? Ask David — it gets enabled once for the team, then appears for everyone to switch on.
How to ask — just say "use NuORDER…"
The connector is named NuORDER. The simplest way to make sure Claude uses it is to mention it in your request:

You don't have to memorize tool names — plain English works. A few tips that get great results:
Be specific about the window
"…this season", "…last 90 days", "…year to date", "…since January". Time frames make reports sharper.
"…as a table", "…make a PDF", "…give me the top 10", "…export to CSV". Claude will shape it.
Chain connectors in one ask
Combine tools: "compare wholesale in NuORDER to DTC in ShopMy", "check ShipBob fulfillment for these NuORDER orders". See the multi-connector examples below.
Heads up on actions: the NuORDER connector itself only reads. But when you ask Claude to send an email, post to Slack, or create a task using our other connectors, it drafts it and asks you to confirm before anything goes out. Nothing is sent without your OK.

How it works — architecture
NuORDER is our most intricate connector under the hood — it actually juggles two different kinds of sign-in security at once. You don't need any of this to use it, but it's a nice illustration of the engineering. Here's the picture:
Self-hosted on Melinda Maria’s own Cloudflare account at nuorder-mcp.melindamaria.ai/mcp — the same hosting + Google sign-in pattern as our other connectors. All traffic over HTTPS/TLS.
Two different OAuths — why?
"OAuth" just means a sign-in handshake. NuORDER's API only speaks the older OAuth 1.0 dialect (with cryptographic request-signing), so the Worker runs that to talk upstream — and a modern OAuth 2.1 server to let the MM team sign in with Google. Two handshakes, one connector.
Why a history mirror?
Wholesale reorder and demand questions span thousands of orders. Reading them live every time would be slow and bump NuORDER's ≤5-concurrent limit. The D1 copy of ~6,061 orders lets Claude answer trend questions instantly, while live tools stay exact.
Read-only & hosted like our others
Writes are off — it can't change orders or inventory in NuORDER. It runs on our own Cloudflare account behind the same Google sign-in as every MM connector, with all NuORDER credentials kept server-side.
How your data flows (the 30-second version)
You don't need to understand the plumbing to use it — but here's the simple picture:
When you ask a "right now" question
e.g. "what orders are in this status?" → Claude calls NuORDER's live system and gives you the real-time answer.
When you ask an "analysis" question
e.g. "who reordered most this year?" → Claude reads our private history copy (a database that keeps itself current), so big reports come back fast.
Everything happens behind a secure sign-in. The connector only works for people signing in with a @melindamaria.com or @7ate9.com Google account. Retailer and order data is real company data — treat anything you export as confidential.
